We challenge our athletes in the movements that are natural, compound, and found in everyday life. CrossFit, or the sport of being fit, is overwhelming and has a tendancy to become addicting. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;We offer individual training, group training, and sport specific training to adults and young athletes. We start every athlete with a FREE scaled workout during one of our scheduled WOD classes; no experience necessary. This workout gives YOU the oppurtunity to check out our facility, equipment, and trainers. It also gives us a chance to record your fitness level and take the appropriate course of action. Group training provides a sense of accountability, motivation and fun that one to one sessions cannot create. Group sessions are typically 4 to 8 other people exercising alongside you. My role is to design and progress the program, scale the session to your level, coach your form, keep score and cheer you on. These individual sessions are typically designed as a bridge to bringing you into group sessions. Individual sessions can also be tailored to couples who want to work out together at home, particularly if an area is available in the home or garage for training space.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(51,51,51)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,153)"&gt;Sport Strength &amp;amp; Conditioning:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Our Youth Sport Strength and Conditioning program focuses on:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Team Concept&lt;br /&gt;- Speed Technique&lt;br /&gt;- Core Strength&lt;br /&gt;- Power&lt;br /&gt;- Agility&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using the CrossFit method to workout programming, athletes in the SS&amp;amp;C Program become better athletes in whatever sport they participate in.
